Rules of Use of VTC.World Website and Services
Administration of the VTC.World provides you with access to the Website (Site) and Services of VTC.World on the terms that are the subject of these Rules of use of the site and services of VTC.World (Rules of Use of VTC.World Website and Services; Rules).
In this regard, you should carefully read the terms of these Rules, which are considered by the Administration as a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Terms and Agreements Used in these Rules
1.1. VTC.World Website (earlier and further — Website) — a service called «VTC.World», placed in the Internet at the address: https://vtc.world (including all levels of vtc.world domain, accompanying sites, as functioning as of the date of acceptance by the User of these Rules, and put into operation during the whole period of validity of services), available to the User through the site, mobile version of the site, applications and / or other resources, which is the result of intellectual activity in the form of a program for a computer. The site is a collection of data and software generated by audio-visual displays (including graphics and user interface included).
1.2. VTC.World Services (earlier and further — Services) — Site and software VTC.World, as functioning on the date of acceptance by the User of these rules, and put into operation during the entire period of validity of services VTC.World.
1.3. Administration of VTC.World (before and after — Administration) — users with different powers to manage and maintain order on VTC.World sites and services.
1.4. the User of the Website and Services is a natural person registered on the Website in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules, who has reached the age of acceptance of these Rules in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and has the appropriate authority (earlier and hereinafter — the User).
2. Registration on VTC.World Site and User Status
2.1. Registration of the User on the Website is free of charge, voluntary and is performed at the Internet address https://vtc.world/register/
2.2. The User of the Website is a natural person registered on the Website in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules, who has reached the age allowed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for acceptance of these Rules, and has the appropriate authority (previously and hereinafter — the User). At the same time, registration on behalf and by order of another individual is possible, provided that the necessary authorities are obtained in the manner and form stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3. When registering on the Website, the User shall provide the Website Administration with the necessary reliable and up-to-date information for the formation of the User's personal page, including the login and password unique to each User for access to the Website. The registration form of the Site may request additional information from the User.
2.4. The User is responsible for the reliability, relevance, completeness and compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of the information provided during the registration and its purity from the claims of third parties.
2.5. Upon registration, the User agrees to these Rules and assumes the rights and obligations specified in them related to the use and operation of the Website and Services. The User agrees to receive electronic messages and other types of information mailings by means of the Site Administration and/or third-party services, including advertising and information content, including from partners of the Site Administration.
2.6. After successful registration of the User on the Website, the Administration assumes the rights and obligations to the User specified in these Regulations.
2.7. Processing of personal data of the User is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Website Administration processes personal data of the User in order to provide the User with access to the functionality of the Website and Services.
2.8. The login and password chosen by the User are the necessary and sufficient information for the User's access to the Website and Services. The user has no right to transfer the login and the password to the third parties, bears full responsibility for their safety, independently choosing a way of their storage. The User on the hardware and software used by him/her can allow storing the login and password for further automatic authorization on the Website and Services.
2.9. Unless the User proves otherwise, any actions performed using their login and password shall be deemed to have been performed by the respective User. In case of unauthorized access to the User's login and password and/or personal page, or distribution of the User's login and password, the User shall immediately notify the Administration thereof.
2.10. The User, as the owner of the information placed on its own personal page, understands that except for the cases stipulated by these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Administration does not participate in the formation and use of the content and access control of other users to the personal page of the User. By posting information on the personal page, including your personal data, the User understands and agrees that this information may be available to other users of the Internet, taking into account the peculiarities of the architecture, functioning of the Site and Services.
3. VTC.World User Duties
3.1. When using the Website and Services, the User is obliged to:
— comply with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, these Rules and other special documents of the Administration;
— provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and keep it up to date during registration;
— inform the Administration about unauthorized access to the personal page and/or unauthorized access and/or use of the User's password and login;
— not to provide access to other Users to their own personal page or to separate information contained on it in case it may lead to violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or these Rules, special documents of the Administration;
— not to post information and/or links to information on the personal page that may violate the rights and interests of others;
— keep secret and not to disclose to other Users and third parties personal data (including, but not limited to, home addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, passport data, bank information) and information about privacy of other Users and third parties without obtaining the appropriate prior permission of the latter as a result of communication with other Users and other use of the Website and Services.
3.2. The user is not allowed:
3.2.1. to register as a User on behalf of or in place of another person («fake account»), and/or create additional accounts, regardless of the goals and objectives that guide the User. Double accounts are prohibited;
3.2.2. misleading Users by impersonating another registered User or Administration;
3.2.3. misrepresent information about themselves or their age;
3.2.4. to publish, disseminate and provide access or otherwise use any information which:
— Contains threats, discredits, offends, defames, defames or damages the honor and dignity or business reputation or violates the privacy of other Users or third parties;
— violates the rights of minors;
— is vulgar or obscene, contains pornographic images and texts or scenes of a sexual nature with the participation of minors;
— contains scenes of cruel treatment of animals;
— describes the means and means of suicide and any incitement to commit it;
— propagandizes and/or promotes incitement to racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, propagandizes fascism or ideology of racial superiority;
— contains extremist materials;
— promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or manuals on how to commit criminal acts;
— contains information of limited access, including, but not limited to, state and commercial secrets, information on private life of third parties;
— contains advertisements or describes the attractiveness of drug use, including the use of «digital drugs» (sound files that affect the human brain), information about the distribution of drugs, prescriptions for their manufacture and tips for their use;
— can potentially lead to the commission of illegal actions by misleading Users or abuse of their trust;
— violates other rights and interests of citizens, legal entities or requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2.5. to distribute and provide access or otherwise use the intellectual property of Users and third parties illegally;
3.2.6. use the software and perform actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Website and Services;
3.2.7. distribute and provide access or otherwise use viruses, Trojans and other malicious programs;
3.2.8. distribute and provide access to programs intended for hacking and/or altering the functioning of other programs and/or game processes, as well as publish instructions, descriptions and/or other information on the use of such programs;
3.2.9. to use automated scripts (special programs, bots) to collect information on the Website and Services and/or to interact with the Website and its Services without special permission of the Administration;
3.2.10. in any way, including, but not limited to, by deception, breach of trust, hacking, trying to access the login and password of another User;
3.2.11. to carry out illegal collection and processing of personal data of other persons;
3.2.12. to post any other information that, in the personal opinion of the Administration, is undesirable, does not meet the goals of creating the Site, infringes on the interests of Users or for other reasons is undesirable for posting on the Site and Services;
3.2.13. to place commercial and political advertising without the permission of the Administration;
4. Intellectual Property Protection
4.1. All objects published on the Website and Services, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds, other objects and their collections (hereinafter referred to as the Content) are objects of exclusive rights of the Administration, Website Users and other rights holders, all rights to these objects are protected.
4.2. Except for the cases stipulated by these Rules, as well as the current legislation of the Russian Federation, no Content may be copied (reproduced), processed, distributed, displayed in the frame, published, downloaded, transferred, sold or otherwise used in whole or in part without prior permission of the right holder, except in cases when the right holder has explicitly expressed his consent to the free use of the Content by any person. Reproduction, copying, collection, systematization, storage, transfer of the Content for the purpose of creating a database for commercial and/or non-commercial purposes and/or use of the Content in its entirety or in any part, regardless of the mode of use, without the consent of the Administration is prohibited.
4.3. By posting the Content legally owned by the User on the Website and Services, the User grants other users a non-exclusive right to use the Content exclusively within the framework of the functionality provided by the Website and Services by viewing, reproducing (including copying) and other rights solely for the purpose of personal non-commercial use, except in cases when such use causes or may cause damage to the interests of the right holder protected by law.
4.4. The User gives the Administration a non-exclusive right to use the Content placed on the Website and/or Services free of charge with the purpose of ensuring the functioning of the Website and Services by the Administration, displaying the Content in the promotional materials of the Administration, including within the framework of the interface images of the Website and / or Services, including by bringing such promotional materials to the attention of the general public and / or for the purpose of using them in advertising information, but not limited to it. This non-exclusive right comes from the moment the User publishes the Content on the Site and/or Services, is valid on a permanent basis and extends its effect to the countries around the world. Deletion of the Content by the User does not entail the need to remove from circulation promotional materials, advertising and/or other information of the Administration, where the User's previously posted content was used.
4.5. The User is personally responsible for any Content or other information that they publish or otherwise make available to the public on the Site and the Services.
4.6. The Administration reserves the right to delete, move without notice any Content at its own discretion, which in the opinion of the Administration violates these Rules, the legislation of the Russian Federation and / or other legal documents published by the Administration and regulating the work of the Site and Services.
4.7. References or manuals for downloading files and/or installing third party programs posted on the Site and Services do not mean support or approval of these actions on the part of the Administration.
5. Responsibility when Using the Site and Services
5.1. Users are responsible for their own actions when using the Website and Services, as well as for the information placed on them in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Violation of these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation may entail civil, administrative and criminal liability.
5.2. The Administration provides technical possibility to use the Website and Services to the Users and is not responsible for actions or inaction of any persons with regard to the use of the Website and Services.
5.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the design of the Site and Services, the content, functionality, change or supplement related software, server applications and/or other objects used and stored on the Site and Services at any time with or without prior notice.
5.4. The Administration is not responsible for violation of these Rules by the User and reserves the right, at its own discretion, as well as when receiving information from other users or third parties about violation of these Rules by the User, to change (moderate), block or delete any information published by the User that violates the prohibitions set forth in these Rules, suspend, limit or terminate the User's access to all or any of the sections, functions of the Website or Services, in any

THE ADMINISTRATION DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SITE OR SERVICES MAY OR MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ADMINISTRATION CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DOES NOT PROMISE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES AND/OR THEIR FUNCTIONALITY;
5.8. BY USING THE SITE AND SERVICES, THE USER AGREES THAT DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS FROM THE SITE AND SERVICES OR USING THEM, HE DOES SO AT HIS OWN RISK AND IS PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES OF THE USE OF THESE MATERIALS, INCLUDING FOR DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED TO THE USER'S COMPUTER OR THIRD PARTIES, FOR LOSS OF DATA OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE;

6. Final Provisions
6.1. These Rules are an agreement between the User and the Administration regarding the use of the Website and Services and their functionality.
6.2. These Rules are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Issues not regulated by the Rules are subject to resolution in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
6.3. In case of any disputes or disagreements related to the execution of these Rules, the User and the Administration shall make every effort to resolve them through negotiations between them. If the disputes are not settled by negotiations, they shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. These Rules come into force for the User from the moment of his joining them and are valid for an indefinite period of time.
6.5. These Rules are drawn up in the Russian language and may be provided to the User for review in another language. In case of discrepancies between the Russian version of the Rules and the version of the Rules in another language, the provisions of the Russian version of these Rules shall apply.
6.6. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to these rules with or without prior notice to Users.
6.7. If, for any reason, one or more of the provisions of these Rules are held invalid or unenforceable, the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

THE ADMINISTRATION DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SITE OR SERVICES MAY OR MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ADMINISTRATION CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DOES NOT PROMISE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES AND/OR THEIR FUNCTIONALITY;
5.8. BY USING THE SITE AND SERVICES, THE USER AGREES THAT DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS FROM THE SITE AND SERVICES OR USING THEM, HE DOES SO AT HIS OWN RISK AND IS PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES OF THE USE OF THESE MATERIALS, INCLUDING FOR DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED TO THE USER'S COMPUTER OR THIRD PARTIES, FOR LOSS OF DATA OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE;
5.9. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE ADMINISTRATION OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, ACCIDENTAL, UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT OR LOST DATA, DAMAGE TO HONOR, DIGNITY OR BUSINESS REPUTATION, CAUSED BY THE USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES, CONTENT OF THE SITE AND / OR SERVICES, OR OTHER MATERIALS TO WHICH YOU OR OTHERS HAVE GAINED ACCESS THROUGH THE SITE AND SERVICES, EVEN IF THE ADMINISTRATION HAS WARNED OR POINTED TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. These Rules are an agreement between the User and the Administration regarding the use of the Website and Services and their functionality.
6.2. These Rules are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Issues not regulated by the Rules are subject to resolution in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
6.3. In case of any disputes or disagreements related to the execution of these Rules, the User and the Administration shall make every effort to resolve them through negotiations between them. If the disputes are not settled by negotiations, they shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. These Rules come into force for the User from the moment of his joining them and are valid for an indefinite period of time.
6.5. These Rules are drawn up in the Russian language and may be provided to the User for review in another language. In case of discrepancies between the Russian version of the Rules and the version of the Rules in another language, the provisions of the Russian version of these Rules shall apply.
6.6. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to these rules with or without prior notice to Users.
6.7. If, for any reason, one or more of the provisions of these Rules are held invalid or unenforceable, the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
